On September 1, 2003, the PICA Group Consulting and Brokerage Services merged with Provider Resources, LLC, a healthcare services group.  As a part of that merger, Provider Resources, LLC has been named the exclusively endorsed provider of consulting and brokerage services for the PICA Group and its policyholders.  Mike Crosby, formerly the Vice President of Consulting and Brokerage Services at The PICA Group, has been named the President of Provider Resources, LLC.  Based in Brentwood, Tennessee, the company will provide an array of practice management services including:
