Mike Crosby has more than 25 years experience in proven leadership with provider organizations, including hospitals, physicians and physician groups, and physician practice management companies. For the past six years, Mr. Crosby has been working with physicians in evaluating operational concerns and providing solutions yielding a positive return and improved cash flow. In each engagement, Mr. Crosby works closely with the physician leadership to accomplish the end result with aligned goals and incentives.

Recent engagements include:

• Strategic Practice Evaluation and on-going implementation and oversight of plan: Evaluation of a five-physician group with a focus on growth and profitability. The engagement has a monthly site visit with monitoring and monthly reporting to the group.

• Practice Sales: Brokerage arrangements serving as transaction consultant between buyer and seller.

• Associate buy-in: Engaged to value the practice and design a buy-in plan for an associate, evaluating tax and cash flow implications for both parties.

Mr. Crosby received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Belmont University and a Master in Business Administration at the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Medical Group Management Association. Mr. Crosby lives with his wife and three daughters in Brentwood, Tennessee.
