Fee Structure
Consulting
This category’s fee structure is based on a fixed amount, not to exceed the fee quoted unless limiting conditions or change in scope arise during the engagement.
Operational Oversight
This category’s fee structure is retainer based. The retainer is based on a defined level of involvement in the practice, including, but not limited to, on-site management, partner meetings, planning and development of new business lines.
Brokerage
This category’s fee structure is contingency based. The fee has two components:
- A fixed fee for the evaluation and pricing, and
- Contingent fee based on the completion of the transaction.
Syndication
This category’s fee structure is based on the total amount of the placement.
Tax and Accounting
The category’s fee structure is based on hourly rates for professional and para-professional staff time involvement.
Valuation
